The bit almost nobody else does
When an email is held back, most providers — we’d say more than 95% of them — let the end user decide whether to release it. That is the person the attack was designed to fool, being asked to judge it.
We don’t do that. Every release request comes to our team. A specialist inspects the message properly and tells you plainly why it was released or declined. Even after 99.8% of attacks are blocked outright, we still decline about six in ten of the requests that reach us. That last human check is a large part of why our clients stay safe.
